Introducing the Slow Hopper! The Slow Hopper is an ornithopter with two sets of flapping wings! The wings flap out of phase with each other giving an interesting appearance and unique flight characteristics. Easy to fly and very stable. Unlike our other mono-wing ornithopters, the Slow Hopper has no specific wing position for gliding so no glide lock device needed. When one set of wings goes up the other goes down so gliding is very simple.
Like some sort of giant insect, the Slow Hopper is sure to attract attention at the flying field!
